COURIER RATES
- From August 2020 we have contracted Citi-Sprint as our courier of choice. As at August 2020 their rates are as follows:
- Cape Town CBD, Cape Peninsula and Western Cape Country Areas: R45 up to 10 kg.
- Western Cape Townships: R97.52 up to 5kg, R2.50 per additional kg.
- Greater Western Cape: R131.44 up to 5kg, R4.90 per additional kg.
- Northern Cape: R212.00 up to 5kg, R5.70 per additional kg. NB: Carnavon, Laingsberg, Port Nolloth and surrounding areas: R371.00 up to 5kg, R10.60 per additional kg.
- Eastern Cape: R212.00 up to 5kg, R5.70 per additional kg.
- National – main centres: R137.39 up to 10 kg.
- National – regional areas: R220.00 up to 10 kg.
- Kindly note that Citi-Sprint’s rates are subject to change.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we package them as our orders come in).
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. FREE Promotional items and or sale items do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies to orders placed exceeding R1000.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 – 4 days delivery time.
Our courier service operates Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm. Kindly note no orders will be shipped during the weekends and or Public Holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We will be happy to facilitate this for you.
HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….
Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Rhoibosch has no control over these charges, nor can Rhoibosch predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Our office is based in Cape Town.

We will do our best to facilitate this, however please be mindful that this might not always be possible. In which case, we will always notify you.
